For Mikrotik License Level 5 (RouterOS For PC), this is a license that allows you to run Mikrotik software on a PC or to upgrade the version of your existing RouterOS device or software.

The license can be assigned to you:

The license you purchased will be sent to the registered user at mikrotik.com.
If your user account is not registered at mikrotik.com, you will need to register an account before the license is assigned to you.
If you want to send the license to a different user than the one you ordered it for, please specify this in the order notes.
For faster processing, if you do not have a registered user account at mikrotik.com, please create one before completing your order.
The acquired license cannot be canceled or returned.
RouterOS Level 4, 5, 6 licenses can only be used on designated devices and cannot be transferred to another device.

License Features:
With a Level 4 (P1), Level 5 (P10), or Level 6 (PU) license, you can install CHR on virtual machines. If the license is installed on a virtual server, continuous license verification is required.
You can manage the license from your Mikrotik.com user account.
With a CHR license, you can transfer the license to different virtual hosts (cannot be used simultaneously).
After purchasing the license, your registered email address must be a member of Mikrotik.com. The license will be sent to your email address.
