RF Elements SH-CC 5-30

RF Elements symmetric horn sector antennas provide a symmetric and circular radio frequency (RF) radiation pattern, supporting standard N-type connectors and addressing the critical and weak points of standard sector antenna technology.

Standard sector antennas produce wide but flat radio frequency emissions, which can result in unwanted signal noise, susceptibility to frequency interference, and blind spots in the coverage area where desired regions are not effectively covered.

While standard sector antennas provide wide radio frequency coverage in the horizontal plane, they offer limited coverage in the vertical plane. If the sector antenna is positioned at the highest point in the coverage area, the service recipient or station is very close to the center point and below the sector antenna, resulting in low signal quality and bandwidth issues.

This problem can be described simply as the darkest point under the flame. Symmetric sector antennas provide a symmetric and circular RF radiation pattern, similar to the spreading waves of expanding waves. This unique RF radiation model creates a more compact coverage area, reducing the blind spot problem to the minimum.

The symmetric sector antenna design minimizes the impact of regional signal interference. This feature eliminates the need for unwanted RF signals, additional reflectors, and isolation equipment, making it easy to install and operate in high user density central points.

Symmetric horn sector antennas redefine infrastructure planning standards with scalable planning options across a wide range of 30° to 90°. RF Elements symmetric horn antennas eliminate the requirements of standard network designs across this range.

Additionally, they provide higher efficiency in isolation and coverage areas in unique RF radiation and common area planning scenarios compared to traditional sector antennas. As shown in the lower left image, symmetric horn antennas occupy less space on the installation point to create an asymmetric coverage area that meets the needs of the sector antenna's field of view.
