EdgePoint EP-r8, with Edge OS operating system, provides management needs for medium-sized network infrastructures with over 100 online users.

The network will stabilize the needs such as Load Balancing and Failover. The EdgePoint FiberProtect feature significantly reduces electrostatic discharge (ESD) errors and electromagnetic interference (EMI) to maintain data signal integrity and signal integrity for long-distance connections.

Designed for first-time applications, the WISP control point supports EdgePoint fiber and has multi-directional power delivery capabilities. It also integrates advanced routing capabilities with EdgeMax.

All-IN-ONE (AIO) design: With a single compact controller, you eliminate cable clutter, expensive cabinets, foreign installations, excessive maintenance efforts, and unnecessary expenses. It is produced with a unified design approach that is resilient to weather conditions such as wind, rain, snow, and storms. It is a self-contained cabinet structure.

Advanced and powerful routing features provide high performance for both link balancing and wireless connections.

It offers two power supply alternatives; EP-R8 can be powered by 54VDC or by POE via ETH0. It features 6+2 RJ45 ports, 2 SFP ports, 2 power supply options, and 5 24V POE outputs.
