Ubiquiti EdgePower™ is used to power EdgePoint™ routers and switch products with external power.

Edge Power R8, Edge Power S16, Edge Switch 8 -150W can use this external power supply unit.

Designed as a high-powered, modular PSU system to reliably power PoE devices.

EdgePower supports flexible configuration options using modular PSUs.

EdgePower can provide up to 300W of power. It can use two modular PSUs. With internal power supply options, it can be configured to provide 150W of redundant power.

EdgePower products are rack-mountable and have a two-part modular PSU input. The box contains 1 AC(220V)-DC 54V, 150W PSU module.

The second PSU section can accommodate an additional AC-DC or DC-DC PSU module (sold separately):

Additional PSU for Energy Backup

The second PSU can be configured as a backup PSU. In backup mode, the second PSU is inactive and off-line.

When the primary PSU failure is detected, the secondary PSU automatically takes over as the continuous power source.
