When a remote connection to the customer environment is required, support services are provided. After service acquisition, an appointment-based process is followed.

Remote support services are provided on a 5 days/7 hours basis, during working days and hours.

Support Contents

• Support package duration is limited to 1 month and 3 working hours.

• Hotspot device and Access point maintenance are included in the agreement.

• You can start the package at any time within 1 year after purchasing the support package.

• The support package is valid only for one product. If you have multiple products, you need to purchase a separate support package for each product.
