Remote support services are provided 5 days a week, 7 hours a day, during working days and hours.

Support Contents

• The support package duration is limited to 6 months and 10 working hours.
• Hotspot device and Access point maintenance are included in the agreement.
• You have the right to activate the package at any time within 1 year after purchasing the support package.
• The support package is valid for a single product. If you have multiple products, you need to purchase a separate support package for each product.
• Please contact the support specialist before making a purchase if you need VPN support.
