The service, which stays active for the duration of the subscription, helps the network operator remotely track device status and catch potential outages or performance issues early; it increases operational efficiency by reducing unnecessary field visits by site teams.

This product is the 3-year subscription option for the WiPoint 50 package; you can upgrade to WiPoint 100 capacity, or downgrade to the WiPoint 20 package, as needed.
