WiPoint Cloud Hotspot User Management

Enhanced with Mikrotik devices, this Cloud Hotspot product allows you to manage internet access for users in areas where public internet services are provided. Upon joining your network, users are granted internet access through WiPoint authentication methods.

In cafes, restaurants, hotels, schools, and other locations, instead of manually creating users, authentication methods allow users to register themselves and activate their access permissions as defined.

In hotels, resorts, schools, and other places, internet access can be provided to specific user groups as part of an existing guest/employee tracking program.

You can manually manage user operations, manage through the administrator portal, generate reports, and create packages (speed limits, quota settings, etc.).

Free User Login (Specific to Hotspot)
If the free user login screen is selected, the user enters details such as Name, Surname, TC ID, Company, Phone, etc., but these details are created without any validation (such as TC ID validation, SMS verification code).

User Login (Specific to WiPoint)
Users can log in using a username and password created by the system administrator when they join the Hotspot network.

TC ID Validation
Users enter their Name, Surname, TC ID, and Date of Birth to validate online through tckimlik.nvi.gov.tr.

SMS Validation
After joining the Hotspot network, users enter their mobile phone number and use the verification code received via SMS to access the internet. If the SMS operator API is supported, it can be integrated into the system.

Social Media Validation
Users can register and gain internet access by providing their information through the application permission feature of social media platforms such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Integration Login
Internet access can be provided as part of an existing guest/employee tracking system by using the details of the person. Only an integration code or an integration code with a password can be used. Connections can be made to MS SQL, MYSQL, ORACLE, FIREBIRD, ACCESSDB databases. Integration can be done via XML and TEXT files. Parameterized configuration can be provided based on the information given by the integrated system.

Email Administrator Approval
After registration, users are submitted for approval by the designated management unit. Once approved by the administrator, users can access the internet. If desired, SMS validation can also be performed.
