The CCR1036-8G-2S+ from the CCR series features 2x 10G SFP+ slots (sold separately) and a 36-core tile processor with 4GB RAM, providing comprehensive service capabilities.

 

1. Use Mikrotik as a router. With its simple interface, you can easily manage static routing rules. You can use the first interface for web browsing and the second for checking your email.

2. Use Mikrotik as a Bandwidth Manager (Bandwidth Management). You can limit or block traffic from specific machines or IP blocks in your network, making it more organized.

3. Use Mikrotik as a Firewall. You can restrict certain ports and protocols, analyze incoming and outgoing connections, direct, and block them as needed.

4. Use Mikrotik as a HotSpot Gateway. You can define user profiles within your local network and apply restrictions or permissions based on usernames.

5. Use Mikrotik as a VPN (Virtual Private Network) server.
